I ordered L29 which on the website is sweet and sour chicken, but when i got it it was shrimp. I called and they said on the paper menu it is sweet and sour shrimp. They offered no reimburseent or to bring me what i ordered. All they needed to do is update the website. It is a small task but an error that will no longer recieve my business..Sincerely, Lost Business

I ordered 2 L13 and a side of ragons my son went to pick up the order because I was working. The bill was $34. They had 5 orders of ragons on the bill. I then had to take my lunch hour to correct this. When I went to drop the order off to my children there was egg rolls instead. I called the Waverly store and told them I would like my money back instead they brought the ragons. What a mess and a great waste of time.
